My order was accidentally shipped late and wasn't going to be delivered in time for our anniversary. I was very upset about this, however after contacting Premium Pearl they sent another order by FedEx NextDay to the new address (anniversary location instead of my house)! It arrived just in time for our anniversary and made me and my wife very happy people. I will definitely shop again at Premium Pearl! Thanks for all you did!
