I want to order an item to match my current pearl jewelry in color, what can I do?
Please describe the pearl color or overtones you want in the commend area during checkout. We will do our best to select pearl jewelry based on your color preference.

I want to order a necklace with a length not listed on your site, what can I do?

Do you charge Sales Tax?
For orders with shipping addresses outside California, we don't charge Sales Tax.

For orders with shipping addresses inside California, we charge 7.25% Sales Tax for counties except San Francisco, and 8.5% Sales Tax for San Francisco county.

What is your return policy?
We offer 30 Day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Premium Pearl will refund the full product cost excluding shipping.

Can you combine shipments?
Yes, we combine multiple items you purchase into one shipment. The shipping and handling fee is the same as purchasing single item.
