Return/Exchange Policy

30 day Returns
Our fine quality pearl jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund or an exchange.
Return/Exchange Process

Once we receive your items, your refund or exchange is usually processed within three business days. Upon receiving your return or exchange we will examine the items to make sure they are in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return or exchange at the original purchase price.

Premium Pearl will refund up to the full cost of the items excluding shipping charges. Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase.

*Premium Pearl is not responsible for any items damaged during transit. Items received damaged may be refused or assessed a fee for the damages.

How to Prepare and Ship a Return/Exchange
Get your RMA number: email us at info@premiumpearl.com or call us at 1-800-801-3280 Monday-Friday 10 AM to 5 PM PST and we will email you an RMA number and our convenient Return/Exchange Merchandise Form.

Include our Return/Exchange form: All returns/exchanges must include a completed Return/Exchange Merchandise Form. Please also include a copy of the original invoice.

Pack the pearls securely: Pack the pearls securely inside their jewelry boxes to ensure that they cannot rub against any of the gold because gold can scratch the pearl surface.

Use a shipping box: Ship the items inside a rigid shipping box similar to how you received them. Do not use only a padded shipping envelope because it cannot protect the jewelry boxes and pearls from being damaged during shipping. Items received with crushed or damaged jewelry boxes will be assessed a fee. FedEx, UPS, and USPS have suitable cardboard shipping boxes.

Require a signature upon delivery: All packages should be sent requiring our signature when delivered to ensure that we receive them.

Insure your shipment: For your protection, please insure your return/exchange shipment.

Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. We recommend using FedEx for shipping, but do not require it. Please do not use DHL.
Over $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail. Please insure for the total value of the items.(FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)
International Shipping
Include a Commercial Invoice (Harmonized Tariff Classification 9801.00.10) that describes the package contents and Value for Customs Purposes Only. You must include the following statement:

"U.S. Goods Returned. Country of Origin: USA. Customs Code: 9801001012."

Failure to include this statement in your Commercial Invoice may result in U.S. Customs assessing duties on the shipment, which we will be forced to charge to your account or refuse the shipment.
