We ship orders by FedEx, UPS, DHL and the United States Postal Service. Most in-stock items ship within one business day, and every order arrives gift-packaged.

International orders
We ship worldwide by FedEx and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from the carriers' live rates, based on your destination and the service you choose, so you see the exact price and delivery time before you pay. See international shipping for the countries we ship to.
Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes charged by the destination country.

When will my order ship?
Most items in stock ship within one business day. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.
Custom and special orders
Custom and special order items may take longer to prepare and ship than in-stock pieces. When you place your order, a customer service specialist will give you an estimated delivery time.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with the tracking number. You can check its progress at any time at fedex.com or by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX.
Signature required
All orders over $100 require a signature on delivery. If you will not be available to sign, we can ship to a more convenient address. Call us on 1-800-801-3280 to arrange it.
Pick up at a FedEx location
If you would rather collect your package, we can ship it to your nearest FedEx location to be held for pick-up. FedEx will call the phone number on your order when it is ready. To find a location, use the FedEx location finder or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX.
Saturday delivery
Saturday delivery is available for an additional $18. It is not offered in every area, so please contact us to confirm before ordering.
